🚄About China High-Speed Rail

China boasts the world's largest high-speed-rail network. High-speed trains connect most major cities across the whole country. Operating at speeds up to 350 km/h, they deliver fast, safe, punctual and comfortable land travel. It is one of the most popular transport choices for international visitors touring China.

💺Seat Classes

Second Class (Standard Ticket)

The most popular economical choice. 3+2 seats per row. It offers adequate legroom, USB power outlets and fold-out tables, ideal for most travellers.

First Class

More spacious cabin with 2+2 seating layout. Wider seats, extra legroom and quieter environment. Bottled water is provided on board, great for long-distance journeys.

Business Class

🔄Ticket Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• Refund: Service fees apply based on how far ahead you cancel your ticket. Higher deduction will be charged if you cancel shortly before departure.
• Reschedule: You may change your train date or train number before departure. After the train departs, you can still reschedule for other trains on the same day, but rescheduled tickets cannot be refunded further.

Required Documents

Carry-on Luggage Rules

Each adult passenger's carry-on baggage should not exceed 20 kg. The sum of length, width and height of one single bag cannot exceed 130 cm. Oversized luggage should be checked-in at the station service counter.

Suggested Arrival Time

For large busy stations, please arrive 45–60 minutes prior to train departure, to finish security check, ID verification and locate your boarding gate. Boarding gates close about 5–10 minutes before the train leaves.

Prohibited Items

Sharp cutting tools, flammable and dangerous substances are forbidden on board. All baggage will go through X-ray security scanning at station entrance.
