The absolute core highlight of the whole day is Zhangye Rainbow Mountain (Danxia Geopark), a world-famous geological wonder and the most stunning color landform on the ancient Silk Road.

Formed by 24 million years of crustal movement, sedimentary accumulation and wind-water erosion, the mountain ranges present layered textures of red, orange, golden yellow, cream white and rust red. The undulating ridge lines stretch endlessly like a giant hand-painted oil painting spread across the earth. We specially arrange visiting time for sunset viewing. In the afternoon, drive all the way west to Qinghai Lake, China's largest inland plateau lake and the most representative holy lake on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Surrounded by vast alpine meadows and distant snow-capped mountains, the lake water is pure blue and stretches boundlessly. Watch the magnificent plateau sunset over the lake, with golden sunset sprinkling on the water surface, forming a pure and sacred plateau picture.
